The Quarantine the banana bread was in the spotlight this winter. This banana has an interesting twist of the bread, making it more savory than sweet. By adding black & white sesame seeds inside the bread it adds a nice texture to the bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb of fresh Rhubarb
  • 1/2 Lb of fresh Strawberries
  • 3 Tablespoons of Almond

Preparation:

For this simple recipe you will need a bowl, food processor and a stand mixer

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Wash thoroughly the Rhubarb and Strawberries with cold water. Dry well.
  3. Dice Rhubarb and Strawberries in 1/2 inch cubes and set aside.
